Oporational update

Our London Branch is now re-open and we are busy working on getting our Hove clinic up and running. We have made some alterations at the clinic and to the way we practice to keep our patinets and staff as safe as possible during this time.

We have temorarily disabled our online booking system so please contact us via the website, social media, text or email. This is so we can space each appointment to allow for cleaning time. Drop us a line with your preferred treatment and we will then send you forms electronically to complete before arranging a virtual consultation and booking you for your face to face treatment. 

We have adapted our policies and procedures to keep you and us safe and will be asking all patients to complete a screening tool prior to attending their appointment. Consultations and follow ups will be done remotely to reduce contact time and we will only bring you in to be seen face to face if required for prescription only treatments or deemed necessary following a remote review.

We continue to offer virtual consultations to all of our patinets who wish to discuss treatments plans or to start or continue a ZO Skin Health skin care programme. Your products will be delivered directly to your door.

If you become unwell or develop symptoms of covid-19, you must cancel your appointment and follow the guidelines around reporting and self isolation. Further guidance can be found at

When you attend the clinic, things will be a little different. You will receive clear guidance in your appointment confirmation email so please be sure to read this fully. You will not be able to bring anyone into the clinic and please limit the personal belongings you bring to one handbag/man bag. We will not be able to offer any refreshments or toilet facilities so please bear this in mind when you are attending the clinic. Our practitioners will be in full PPE (Personal protective equipment) and you will be asked to sanatise your hands when entering and leaving the clinic. You must wear a face covering or mask to enter the clinic.

Appointments will be limited with time in between for our staff to clean/disinfect appropriately and deep clean at the end of each day. It is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please do not arrive early as we are not able to offer a space for you to wait. If you arrive late, it is unlikely that we will be able to see you as we need to ensure we have time to clean/disinfect in between patients.

Although things will be a little different for the foreseeable future, we are so excited to get back to the clinic and see you all again. .
